Returns and Exchanges

Store Credit
We hope that you love all your purchases from White Lotus Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.

Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE.

The following items are FINAL SALE: accessories, leggings, bodysuits, graphic tee's, pjs, make-up, sweatshirts, Undergarmentrs and athletic wear. ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE ON THE PACKING SLIP WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.

All Flash Sales, Doorbusters, $20 Tuesday items, Wipeout Wednesday items are Final Sale.

After 14  days, we cannot accept a return at all.
 
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted, and must have original price tags on items. 

We do not offer exchanges.

You must purchase a return label from the mail carrier of your choice 

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item. 

Shoes must be sent back in the original shoe box. Shoe boxes should be shipped back in a box to protect the items. Shoes sent back with shipping labels directly on the shoe box or in a bag will result in a 20% restocking deducted from your store credit.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit code will be emailed to you, for use towards a new purchase.  

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Store Credit Code
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically be provided a credit code that can be used on your next online purchase.
